That was a boom mic. They are the best. You can find their site at theboom.com. However it sounds great that they give you one if you sign up.

I have tried it from the vendor at Family Reunion and made a call, the client did not hear the back ground noise at all! (I asked him) It Works!

I use one of "The Boom" headsets in my convertable...really...clients think I'm calling from the office. I use it on my commute to the bay area in the car all the time with my voice dialing feature. VERY productive and GREAT quality!
