We started coaching with Glenn last year and THAT was the first thing he told us: LOOK AT WHAT IT COSTS TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS. From that, we learned we had been overcompensating some sales people and quickly creating a "non profit company". No one likes a "take away" so it's worth analyzing your costs BEFORE you commit to a relationship. Thanks Glenn and Rae. SOLID advice!
